Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
  • Flat shipping rate: $6 for all United States orders.
  • Transit Time: 5–6 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–8 business days (including processing)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-5) Eastern Standard Time (Texas)
Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Additional Information
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If tracking information shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, you will need to contact the carrier directly. We are unable to issue refunds in such cases.
Returns of Undeliverable Packages
  • If a package is not picked up or is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for the product of return shipping fees.
  • We do not resend returned packages automatically. A new order must be placed if you would like the items again.
Damaged or Lost Packages
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package or items are damaged during transit, immediately file a report with the carrier and then contact us for further assistance.
  • Final delivery notifications from carriers may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has physically arrived.
Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible the return shipping cost.
